Our Mission: Jordan Towers I and II and Family Scattered Sites
- We help low-income families in Red Wing and surrounding neighboring communities maintain and enhance their quality of life by providing safe and affordable housing.
- We help the elderly and persons with disabilities maintain their independence by providing, improving, and expanding sustainable housing programs and social services in partnerships with the community.
- We help families maintain safe and affordable housing during their times of economic transition through viable subsidized housing programs.
Jordan Towers I and Jordan Towers II are high-rise apartments, located in the heart of beautiful downtown Red Wing. The units were built for elderly and persons with disabilities.
Residents can enjoy access to nearby parks, places of worship, the public library and of course the beauty of the historic river town.
The Red Wing Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) provides rental assistance to qualified income eligible elderly and disabled individuals.
Jordan Towers I has 104 units; Jordan Towers II, 100 units. Some of these are handicapped accessible. Click the links below to learn about the different kinds of housing that we own.
Family Public Housing Units
The Red Wing Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) owns and manages three Town homes and one single family home. HRA provides rental assistance to qualified income families.
